Vivalto Sante, a hospital management firm, completed the acquisition of Mathilde Medical, a medical company for $165m. With the acquisition of the Mathilde Medical Developpement Group, the Vivalto Sante Group is pursuing the construction of a structuring territorial medical project, and thus offers complete and high-quality expertise to the inhabitants of the entire Normandy region.
