Knorr-Bremse-backed Bendix completed the acquisition of R.H. Sheppard for $150m.

A beaking systems supplier Knorr-Bremse-backed Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, a supplier of steering technologies, completed the acquisition of R.H. Sheppard, an automobile parts manufacturer for $150m. WABCO divested Sheppard in connection with the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice's review of the proposed merger between WABCO and ZF Friedrichshafen, and pursuant to the settlement order approved by the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
