Glory Global Solutions, a cash technology solutions provider, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Acrelec Group, a provider of software solutions to the food industry, for £172m. “Our investment in Acrelec is another step in the execution of GLORY’s Long-Term Vision 2028.
