Bollington Insurance completed the acquisition of Prophet Trade Credit.

Bollington Insurance, a brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Prophet Trade Credit, a business providing end to end trade credit risk management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Adding Prophet to the Bollington portfolio gives our corporate clients access to the trade credit insurance market and specialist advice on the full range of options when considering how best to manage their trade credit risks,” Paul Moors, Bollington Insurance CEO.
