Phoenix Park Energy Marketing completed the acquisition of the NGL marketing assets of Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing.

Phoenix Park Energy Marketing, a Trinidad and Tobago company whose core business is natural gas processing, and the aggregation and fractionating of natural gas liquids, completed the acquisition of the NGL marketing assets of Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing, which provides wholesale marketing in power and gas. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through this acquisition, we will broaden our business platform and deliver more value to our shareholders and customers as we enhance our competitiveness in the global marketplace,” Dominic Rampersad, PPGPL President.
