TVS Europe Distribution to acquire 3G Truck & Trailer Parts.

TVS Europe Distribution, a retailer of motor vehicle parts and accessories, completed the acquisition of 3G Truck & Trailer Parts, the UK automotive components company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The CMA has provisionally found that the purchase of 3G by TVS raises competition concerns in the supply of commercial vehicle and trailer parts on October 20, 2020.
