National Express-backed Alsa, a bus company in Spain, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Ágreda Bus, a community operator, from Agreda Automóvil, a company offering transportation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alsa and Ágreda have shared several alliances for more than twenty years.
