KKR and Palm Capital to acquire in Greenogue Business Park from Jordanstown Properties for $99m.

KKR, a private equity firm, and Palm Capital, a real estate private equity firm, agreed to acquire in Greenogue Business Park, a commercial and services centre, from Jordanstown Properties for $99m. The partners will acquire the 450k sq ft development at the 350-acre logistics campus.
