Catalent, an integrated services, superior delivery technologies, and manufacturing solutions provider for pharmaceutical industry, completed the acquisition of MaSTherCell Global, a technology-focused cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing organization, from Great Point Partners, SFPI-FPIM and biotechnology company Orgenesis for $315m.
