DPE-backed Erdo, a Dutch flat roofing and insulation company, completed the acquisition of Patina Groep, a specialist for roofing work in the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition to classic roofing work in the areas of new construction and renovation, the product portfolio is complemented by the business areas of pitched roof construction, fall protection, lightning protection and service/maintenance.
