Impala, a diversified company in energy, manufacturing, brands and asset management, completed the acquisition of Roger & Gallet, which offers a rich catalogue of fragrance-based products including perfumes, toiletries and skincare, from L'Oreal, a French personal care company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The decision came after L'Oreal's strategic review of the best development options for Roger & Gallet.
