Repsol completed the acquisition of Tramperase from Celeo Concesiones e Inversiones.

Synopsis

Repsol, exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas company, completed the acquisition of Tramperase, the holding company of the new photovoltaic project, from Elecnor-backed Celeo Concesiones e Inversiones, which supplies and manages solar plants for renewable energy production. Financial terms were not disclosed. This project would be the sixth renewable that Repsol has added to its renewables portfolio, which would thus reach 1,209 MW in project or underway. These projects are a 335 MW wind farm located between the provinces of Zaragoza and Teruel (Delta project), whose works have already started; another located between Palencia and Valladolid, with a total installed capacity of 255 MW, and a 204 MW solar project in Cádiz, called Sigma.
