iXO Private Equity and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of CD SUD, a distributor of heating, air conditioning, photovoltaic systems, accessories and tools to building professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CD SUD has very significant growth potential, both in its current markets but also by continuing to enrich its product offering.
