Hines and QuadReal to form a joint venture.

Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment firm, and QuadReal, a global real estate investment, operating and development company, are set to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This joint venture partnership represents a fantastic opportunity for us to deploy our on the ground teams across a range of countries, capitalizing on their local market knowledge to source and execute acquisitions and developments for the account.
