Alibaba Health Information Technology to acquire Ali JK ZNS from Ali JK Nutritional Products for $794m.

Alibaba Health Information Technology, integrated healthcare information and content service provider, agreed to acquire Ali JK ZNS, an offshore holding vehicle, from Ali JK Nutritional Products Holding, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Alibaba, for $794m. The acquisition will enable Alibaba to further develop its healthcare flagship platform, bring more merchants and complement company's main businesses. It represents an important step in the company’s ongoing development of its healthcare-related e-commerce platform business.
