Shanta Gold to acquire Acacia Exploration Kenya from Barrick Gold for $14m.

Shanta Gold, a gold mining company, agreed to acquire Acacia Exploration Kenya, the Kenya-based gold mining and exploration business of Barrick Gold, for $14m.
