Geopointe and LevelEleven to merge into Ascent Cloud.

Geopointe, a geolocation software company, and LevelEleven, a performance management software company, agreed to merge into Ascent Cloud. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Geopointe has been helping our customers by providing geographical insights to sales and customer-facing teams for 10 years.
