ABANCA completed the acquisition of EuroBic.

ABANCA, a Spanish bank based in Galicia, completed the acquisition of EuroBic, a Portugese banking services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The completion of this process will open up to EuroBic and its teams a set of new possibilities for business development, which will allow it to reinforce the quality and scope of the products and services it makes available to its customers, providing an additional contribution to improving the work already carried out by the Bank to support the economic activity of companies and families.
