FNZ completed the acquisition of Irish Progressive Services International from Irish Life Group.

FNZ, the global platform-as-a-service provider, completed the acquisition of Irish Progressive Services International, a Dublin-based third-party administration solutions provider, from Irish Life Group, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to be taking this next step in FNZ’s European growth strategy and gaining significant oversight and operational TPA experience with the acquisition of IPSI," Adrian Durham, FNZ Group CEO.
