Safilo Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Privé Revaux for $67m.

Safilo Group, an Italian company that designs, produces and distributes prescription frames, sunglasses, sports eyewear, ski goggles and helmets, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Privé Revaux, which designs sunglasses and eyeglasses, for $67m.
