Pixelle Specialty Solutions completed the acquisition of Androscoggin and Stevens Point Mills from Verso for $400m.

Pixelle Specialty Solutions, a manufacturer of specialty papers, completed its acquisition of Androscoggin and Stevens Point Mills from Verso, a producer of coated papers, for $400m. "We are pleased to have completed the sale of our Androscoggin and Stevens Point mills to Pixelle.
