Incline Equity Partners completed the acquisition of ASP Global.

Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ASP Global, a healthcare supplies distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have invested heavily in our business over the past several years and completed five acquisitions. With Incline as our partner, we are well positioned to further accelerate the Company’s growth through an expanded sales effort and additional acquisitions.
