MIrova completed the acquisition of a 47.5% stake in Autopista de Guadalmedina from Sacyr for $216m.

MIrova, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 47.5% stake in Autopista de Guadalmedina, a highway operator, from Sacyr, a construction company, for $216m. Sacyr will allocate part of the funds obtained from this transaction to reduce its corporate debt. This was one of the most significant commitments of the company’s Strategic Plan for 2015-2020.
