Insight Partners completed the acquisition of Lakeside Software.

Private equity firm Insight Partners completed the acquisition of Lakeside Software, a developer of Digital Experience Monitoring software for the enterprise. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Lakeside has the deepest technical solution for monitoring digital experience, purpose-built for the most expansive and demanding enterprises.
