COREONYX to acquire FLS.

COREONYX, a business providing technology solutions and consulting to government customers, agreed to acquire FLS, a company providing CMS, cloud, managed services, enterprise search, hosting and emerging technologies for defense, Intel, civilian, as well as state and local customers.
