Sun Capital Partners, an America private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Westside Dermatology from Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm committed to a partnership with family and founder run businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dermatology is a recession-resistant and growing industry within the broader retail health landscape, and West is a premier player poised to grow further in partnership with Sun Capital.
