Ringier, a Swiss media company, completed its acquisition of a 50% stake in Admeira, an advertising and publishing company, from Swisscom, a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘We are taking advantage of this opportunity to reorganise the company.
