Ringier completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Admeira from Swisscom.

Ringier, a Swiss media company, completed its acquisition of a 50% stake in Admeira, an advertising and publishing company, from Swisscom, a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘We are taking advantage of this opportunity to reorganise the company. This restructuring will see Admeira focus entirely on the marketing of TV inventory, while the marketing of print media and all digital journalistic platforms will be handed back to Ringier,’ Marc Walder, Ringier CEO and Admeira Chair of Board of Directors:
