A consortium of investors completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Dan public transportation, a bus services provider for $130m. The consortium of investors includes Global M&A Partners, David Fattal, Chen Lamdan, Hachshara Insurance Holdings, Norstar Holdings, S. Shlomo Insurance Company, Discount Capital, Dan Popper, and LBH Infrastructure Private.
