Phatisa, a private equity fund manager, completed the acquisition of Rolfes Group, a black empowered, industry-compliant supplier of agricultural, food, industrial and water chemical management solution and service. Additional investors include Sabvest and Masimong Chemicals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
