GENEO, Eximium and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Dickson PTL from Glen Raven.

GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, an investment and support company, Eximium, an investment holding company, and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Dickson PTL, a manufacture of technical fabrics, from Glen Raven, a fabric manufacturing and marketing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company's solid expertise and its innovative and international positioning convinced us to support Thierry Mosa and his team in the further development of Dickson PTL. We have been seduced by the external growth dynamic in which Thierry Mosa wishes to include the company and we are certain that the growth plan implemented as well as the GENEO Community will be able to support the company's ambition," Delphine Jarnier, GENEO Associate Director.
