GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, an investment and support company, Eximium, an investment holding company, and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Dickson PTL, a manufacture of technical fabrics, from Glen Raven, a fabric manufacturing and marketing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company's solid expertise and its innovative and international positioning convinced us to support Thierry Mosa and his team in the further development of Dickson PTL.
