Sofimac Partners completed the acquisition of Poncin Metal.

Private equity firm Sofimac Partners completed the acquisition of Poncin Metal, a sheet metalworking and tube bending company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our objective is to continue the development of the group in its current market while positioning it in new complementary and promising markets… The intervention of Sofimac by our side in this project allows both to secure the future of the group but also to benefit from the expertise of an investor close to entrepreneurs," Jean-Charles Valet, Poncin Métal Manager.
