Wasserman, a sports marketing and talent management company, completed the acquisition of BBaltics, a Lithuanian basketball agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Wasserman and BBaltics, one of the most respected European basketball representation practices, began their relationship as partners in 2012, with Wasserman representing and supporting clients playing in the NBA with services such as contract negotiations, free agency navigation, draft preparation, marketing support (including apparel and shoe deals), brand management, content creation, and legal services.
