Dialog Semiconductor, a provider of power management, charging, AC/DC power conversion, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology, completed the acquisition Adesto Technologies, a provider of innovative custom integrated circuits and embedded systems for the industrial Internet of things market, for $500m. “This acquisition immediately adds scale to our Industrial IoT business, providing our expanded customer base with a broader portfolio of differentiated industrial products.
