Lawsons Holdings to acquire AVS Group.

Lawsons Holdings, the largest independent timber, building and fencing supplier in London, agreed to acquire AVS Group, a specialist supplier of fencing, landscaping and outdoor living materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The values and ethos of both companies run in parallel and I had no hesitation in deciding that Simon and his team were the perfect fit going forward. I am very proud of what we have all achieved at AVS during the past twenty-seven years and now is the right time for this move to take place," Ian Faires, AVS Founder.
