Lawsons Holdings, the largest independent timber, building and fencing supplier in London, agreed to acquire AVS Group, a specialist supplier of fencing, landscaping and outdoor living materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The values and ethos of both companies run in parallel and I had no hesitation in deciding that Simon and his team were the perfect fit going forward.
