Ferguson, a distributor of plumbing and heating products, agreed to acquire Columbia Pipe & Supply, an independent distributor headquartered in Chicago, Illinois specializing in PVF, commercial mechanical, commercial plumbing, industrial, valve automation, engineered products, and hydronics.
