Google, an American multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of Cornerstone Technology, a Dutch supplier of software and consulting services from Meta, an American multinational technology conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cornerstone brings a wealth of experience and innovative solutions to our portfolio of products and services that help customers modernize their infrastructure and applications.
