Meridian Bioscience, an international producer and distributor of a range of diagnostic test kits, completed the acquisition of Exalenz Bioscience, a biotechnology company that develops and manufactures non-invasive diagnostic medical devices for gastrointestinal and liver conditions, for $49m.
