Kyl & Frysexpressen, a transport company, and Dinera completed the acquisition of PostNord Termo, a trucking company in Östersund, Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition meant that Postnord broadened its logistics operations in Sweden with general cargo, consignment goods and temperate goods.
