Groupe ADP completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in GMR Airports from GMR Infrastructure for $1.4bn.

Aeroports de Paris, an airport operator based in Paris, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in GMR Airports, an operator of airports, from GMR Infrastructure, an infrastructure company with interests in airports, power and roads, for $1.4bn. “The partnership with Groupe ADP is in line with GMR’s business direction to become a global airport developer and operator.
