Freshwater Group completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Daejan Holdings.

Freshwater Group, an energy sector recruitment business, completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Daejan Holdings, a real estate holding and service company, through its subsidiary Centremanor at a £1.3bn ($1.7bn) valuation. The trading of Daejan shares on the London Stock Exchange will be suspended with effect from May 7.
