Kohlberg-backed Sara Lee Frozen Bakery completed the acquisition of Cyrus O’Leary’s Pies.

Kohlberg-backed Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, a maker of frozen baked goods, completed the acquisition of Cyrus O’Leary’s Pies, a Spokane, Washington-based pie company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
