Private equity firm Industrial Opportunity Partners completed the acquisition of PolyVision, a manufacturer of ceramic coated steel used in whiteboards, chalkboards, and architectural cladding, from Steelcase, a United States-based furniture company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with the PolyVision team.
