Victory Park Capital Advisors to acquire a 17% stake in VPC Specialty Lending Investments.

Victory Park Capital Advisors, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 17% stake in VPC Specialty Lending Investments, an investment trust that invests in opportunities in the alternative lending market through specialty lending platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome SVS as a new significant shareholder in VSL.
