Korian, a nursing care facilities company, completed the acquisition of 5 Sante Group, a French group that specializes in the treatment of chronic diseases, from Parquest Capital and the firm's management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "5 Sante Group’s incorporation into the Korian group will strengthen our expertise in the treatment of chronic diseases.
