Unifon completed the acquisition of Phonect from Contango Kapital.

Unifon, a mobile company, completed the acquisition of Phonect, a telephone company in Oslo, from Contango Kapital, a venture capital company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unifon’s. CEO, Thore Berthelsen, expects Unifon to have a turnover of NOK250m in 2020, of which the original Unifon will account for NOK35m and Phonect the rest.
