Private equity firm Chequers Capital completed the acquisition of Econocom Business Continuity, the maintenance operations unit of Econocom, a European provider of business-to-business digital services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased with this agreement, which will enable the company EBC to pursue its development in Europe.
