VRM to acquire Top Finish 2002 and Metalplus.

VRM, a manufacturer of screw machine products. agreed to acquire Top Finish 2002, a provider of metal coating and allied services, and Metalplus, a manufacturer of apparel accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Metalplus entire organization and structure will continue to stay in the Florence Fashion District, in order to exploit all of the related advantages. VRM will contribute by adding business growth related competences alongside with existing staff,” Florenzo Vanzetto, VRM CEO.
