Integrated Beverage Group, a producer of alcoholic beverages, completed the acquisition of Ransom Wine & Distillery, an American craft distillery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve been waiting for the right wine and spirits partner that shares our stance on the importance of transparency, quality and overall purity in production.
