Ultra Defense completed the acquisition of MAST Technology.

Ultra Defense, a defense logistics specialist, completed the acquisition of MAST Technology, a military ammunition manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. UDC-MAST will operate as a new division of UDC and remain in Warrensburg. It will continue to load, assemble and pack items like 40mm munitions, small caliber ammunition, M81 igniters, and numerous other niche products. "I am unbelievably excited for future opportunities.
